Renovation Loans for Purchase and Refinance

These loans are used to finance improvements to a home based on the improvement value.  This is an ideal loan when buying a home and don't have or want to use cash out of pocket to improve the new home.   This is also a viable loan when you own your home and need to use the improved value to have enough equity to pay for the improvements.
